Indications:
Lincomycin + Spectinomycin injection solution for the treatment of infections caused by microorganisms
susceptible to Lincomycin or Spectinomycin
(such as gram-positive staphylococci, beta-haemolytic streptococci and mycoplasma species and some gram-negatives)
used in infant calves, sheep, dogs and cats.
Sheep and goats:
primary and secondary infections of the respiratory tract caused by mycoplasmas and microbial organisms sensitive to lincomycin and spectinomycin, Pneumonia, contagious pleuropneumonia, treatment of toxin infection caused by Bacteroides nodusus and sheep agalaxob.
Infant calf (before the start of rumination):
Treatment of respiratory and digestive infections (pneumoenteritis of infant calves) caused by organisms sensitive to this drug. Dosage for sheep and goats: 1 ml for every 10 kg of animal weight as an intramuscular injection once a day for 3 consecutive days. Infant calves: 1 ml for every 10 kilograms of animal weight, intramuscularly, twice on the first day, once in 2-4 days after that
Dogs and cats:
1 ml daily for every 5 kilograms of body weight, intramuscularly and repeated 12-24 hours later and continuing the treatment to Duration 3-7 days.

Time to avoid consumption:
Treated animals should not be slaughtered for food consumption until 14 days after the last drug injection.
The milk of treated animals during the treatment and up to 48 hours after the last drug injection should not be Do not consume food. Drug interactions: Lincomycin is incompatible with novobiocin and kanamycin sulfate. Lincomycin precipitates with benzylpenicillin and phenytoin sodium. Macrolides and
chloramphenicol have an antagonism effect with lincosamides, so they should not be used at the same time.
Precautions:
Do not use in animals sensitive to the drug.
The use of this drug in monotoxicity is possible. It can cause colitis. The use of this drug in animals other than those mentioned may cause digestive complications. In some cases, temporary diarrhea has occurred after injecting the drug into sheep and goats. In very rare cases, abortion or death of pregnant sheep that have been treated in the last trimester of pregnancy have been reported.

Storage conditions: Store at 15-30 degrees Celsius and away from direct light. After the last use, it can be used for 28 days.
