Orband separator magnet
Orband Separator Magnet:
The presence of metal and iron parts in the mineral can damage crushing systems and other devices and lead to production line stoppages, which cause a lot of damage. In order to avoid this problem and to separate iron parts such as loader nails, rebars, corners, bolts and nuts, and small iron particles that are mixed in the materials passing through the conveyor belt, Orband magnet separators are used. Zarineh Sanat Equipment Group, according to the needs of various industries, has provided two types of permanent and electrical magnetic separators: 1. Electric separator magnet: Electric magnet separator or electric magnetic separator is a device used to separate metal particles from raw materials. The magnetic attraction force in these types of devices is established by electric power through an electric coil and creating a magnetic field, and this magnetic field disappears when the power is cut off. This type of separator has a very high magnetic power and is suitable for heavy industrial environments. Electric magnet separator is usually used in various industries such as mines, mineral processing factories, recycling and food industries. The advantages of electric magnetic separator include high accuracy in separation, the ability to adjust the strength of the magnetic field, and efficiency in separating small metal particles. 2. Permanent separator magnet: A permanent magnet separator is a device for separating metallic particles from non-metallic materials that uses permanent magnets instead of electric coils to create a magnetic field. This device works without the need for an electrical power source, because the permanent magnets retain their magnetic power and can continuously attract metal particles. Permanent magnet separators are commonly used in industries such as recycling, mineral processing, food processing, and manufacturing plants to separate metal impurities. Compared to electric magnetic separators, they have advantages such as lower energy consumption, simpler maintenance, and lower operating costs. However, their magnetic field strength is usually lower than the electric type and they do not have the ability to adjust the field intensity. Due to their simple structure and no need for electricity, these devices are widely used in places where access to energy is limited or there is a need for continuous operation. To separate ferrous materials from passing materials, depending on the amount of ferrous pollution and the type of industry, separators are offered in the following two types: 1. Manual: In this type, the cleaning and separation of iron parts is done manually using human power. This method is mostly used in production lines with less iron contamination or applications that do not require continuous separation. 2. Automatic: This type of separator is used for lines with high iron contamination or lines that cannot be separated manually. In this model, the powerful magnet attracts the iron parts and then guides them out of the conveyor by a rubber belt equipped with non-ferrous blades. The system works continuously and minimizes the need for human intervention. With their efficient design and operation, these separators prevent stoppages caused by the presence of iron parts in the production line and help improve productivity and reduce losses.
