Liquid amber (scientific name: Liquidambar orientalis) is the name of a species of liquid amber. It is a deciduous tree and has four species. In the last forty years, one or two species have been imported and planted in Iran. Ambarsail is considered to be a native of the eastern Mediterranean areas, including modern Türkiye and Greece.
