Nylon and Nylex grinding machine (which is also called a plastic shredder) is used to recycle plastic waste. Its task is to crush nylon, nylon, linoleum, and soft and sometimes semi-hard plastics into small particles so that they can be melted, washed, and converted back into raw materials.

🔧 How the device works

The step-by-step procedure is as follows:

Feeding and entry of materials:

Nylon or Nylex waste (such as bags or packaging) enters the machine through the inlet funnel.

Clash with blades:

Inside the housing, several hardened steel blades rotate at high speed (more than 1500 to 3000 rpm) on the central axis.

These blades crush materials based on impact and cutting.

Contact with fixed and moving blades

The device usually has two types of blades

Fixed: installed on the body.

Movable: Mounted on the rotor.

Cutting between these two types of blades causes complete crushing of the material.

Exit and separation:

The shredded pieces pass through the mesh or output grid.

The size of the mesh holes determines whether the particles are finer or coarser.

Crushed pieces (raw granules) are collected from the bottom of the machine and usually enter the next step for washing or drying
