How the device works

The process includes four main steps:

1. Electric charge of powder through electrostatic field in gun. 

2. Movement of powder particles towards the part (which usually has a ground connection). 

3. Adhesion of powder particles to the metal surface due to electric potential difference. 

4. Baking in a powder paint oven (180-220°C for 15-20 minutes) and forming a hard, shiny and resistant layer.
