The production line of high-efficiency panel radiators has been launched using the latest European technology and fully automatic machines made in Italy, and in terms of manufacturing quality and thermal performance, it has the ability to compete with the best foreign models. These radiators are produced with maximum thermal efficiency and under multi-stage quality controls.

The possibility of customized production of radiators in various lengths and in two standard heights of 30 and 60 cm is available, and the color coating of this product, using nano technology and white electrostatic paint with high adhesion, guarantees a premium appearance and long-term durability. This coating technology has been exclusively used in Lorch factory.

Technical and functional features

The high efficiency panel radiator has the highest thermal efficiency among the radiators in the market and due to the use of long convectors with a height of 50 cm, it has a wider heat transfer surface, which significantly increases the thermal efficiency of the product.

This product is produced on a fully automatic production line using a uniform and continuous welding process at the seams and is fully compatible with all types of heating systems, including wall and ground packages and central engine room.

In the manufacturing process, 1.25 mm thick steel sheet is used according to EN10130 standard. All radiators are evaluated under pressure test under special conditions and with a test pressure of 13 bar, along with the injection of anti-corrosion and anti-rust materials, which enables safe operation at a working pressure of 10 bar and use in buildings up to 22 floors high.
