Serand 300x183 double cyclone dewaterer is a practical and powerful equipment for dewatering, separating and increasing the efficiency of washing lines and processing materials, especially in sand mines. Using two cyclones and an 8 x 6 pump, this device provides good performance in recovering fine-grained materials and reducing material wastage. The use of 30 horsepower motor along with 5000 kg vibrating rack causes uniform vibration and effective drainage of water from materials.
In the construction of this device, to increase durability and strength, 12 mm body sheet is considered and shot, bottom funnel and cyclones are made of 6 mm sheet. Also, the presence of bottom and back mesh improves the process of dewatering and better separation of materials. The floor chassis is made of 14 H beam which provides high endurance in heavy working conditions.
