Serand Vibra 6x2 three floors is one of the important equipments in granulation and sand processing lines, which is designed for accurate separation of materials in several different sizes. With its solid structure and high-quality industrial parts, this device provides stable performance and long life in heavy mining conditions.
The main chassis of the machine is made of 16 double iron beam and the spring bases and the base under the machine are also designed from 16 double iron beam, which creates high strength and resistance against vibrations. Serand body is made of 10mm sheet and to increase the durability in material transfer points, front shot, shots and bottom hopper are completely made of 6mm sheet.
This serend is equipped with industrial bearing 22326 and works with a 20 hp engine and Gardani power transmission system, which creates uniform vibration and proper efficiency in the material separation process.
The structure of Serand floors is also designed with a combination of Gutter 12, 9 cm pipe with 6 mm thickness and 8 cm angle, which ensures high strength and proper stability of the nets during work. These features make the device perform reliably and with low consumption in granulation lines with high capacity.
