Auger sandblaster is one of the important equipments in sand production lines, which is used to wash, separate silt and increase the quality of produced sand. This device has a stable performance in the heavy working conditions of mines and material processing factories with its resistant design and the use of high-quality materials.
The chassis of the device is made of 14 steel beams, which provides adequate strength to bear the weight and vibrations of the device. In the parts exposed to wear, 10 mm thick sheet and back sheet are used, and walls and the machine basin are made of 6 mm sheet to increase the durability and lifespan of the machine.
The snail of the device is made of 32 cm central tube with a thickness of 12 mm and blades are made of 6 mm sheet which have good resistance to wear and material pressure. The support system includes SN524 front bearing and rubber bottom bearing with a diameter of 140 mm, which makes for smooth operation and reduces wear and tear during work.
This device works with PM500 industrial gearbox and 20 hp engine and provides the necessary power for effective sand washing and uniform transfer of materials. The use of this salty sand in the production lines will increase the quality of sand, remove fine materials and mud and improve production efficiency.
