We have a variety of tea including green tea, black tea and Olang tea. Green tea has a mild taste and strong antioxidant properties. Black tea has a stronger and most popular type of tea in Iran. Olang tea is also a unique taste between green tea and black tea.
What is the best way to brew your tea?
To brew black tea, first boil the water and then add dry tea to the boiling water and let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes. For green tea, heat the water to about 2-5 degrees Celsius and brew the tea for 1 to 2 minutes. For Olang tea, heat the water to about 2-5 degrees Celsius and brew the tea for 1 to 2 minutes.

Our rice is made from the best areas in northern Iran, including Gilan and Mazandaran. These areas provide ideal conditions for rice cultivation due to proper climate and fertile soil.
What are your different types of rice and which foods are suitable for?
We have different types of rice including white rice, brown rice and Basmati rice. White rice is suitable for traditional Iranian cuisine such as rice and chloe. Brown rice is more fiber and suitable for healthier foods. Basmati rice with its long and special perfumes is suitable for Asian foods.
What is the best way to cook your rice?
To cook white rice, rinse the rice several times with cold water to eliminate excess starch. Then cook the rice in boiling water for 4-5 minutes and drain. To cook brown rice, it is best to soak the rice a few hours before baking and then cook for 1-2 minutes. Basmati rice should also be washed and boiled with boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
