At a critical moment, a sudden accident and a seven-month stoppage completely changed the work process. This forced break provided an opportunity to review, plan and know the market more accurately. The result of this reflection was a transformation in product design, improvement of fabric and sewing quality, and special attention to branding and packaging.
At the same time, the purposeful entry into the digital space and the use of social networks accelerated the growth path of "Mantu Mathal". The increase in orders, the development of the workshop and the expansion of the team were the result of this new look.
