"Smile Separator" This device is used to separate closed-mouthed pistachios from open-mouthed ones. After passing through the funnel, the pistachios enter the rotating cylinder inside which special needles are installed, and while passing through the length of the cylinder, the open-mouthed pistachios are stuck to the wall of the cylinder by the needles and go to the top, where they enter the conveyor belt by special paddles. They are guided and exited from the machine, and the pistachios are guided out of the machine after passing through the length of the cylinder. These machines can be produced in different models and capacities.
