Dates are packaged and supplied in different ways. The oldest way of supplying dates can be called bulk supply. Industrial packaging of dates and using different ideas has been followed in Iran for several decades and has been well received by the people, however, bulk dates have been able to damage this competitive level to a great extent. but it is better to know that in today's era, bulk supply of products will never lead to successful results.
1. Mozafati dates
Mozafati dates box may be made of cardboard or plastic or a combination be from both. Mozafati dates must be of very high quality, and its box is also different from simple boxes without designs and luxurious colors. Therefore, it is not surprising that it has a higher price and some people may not be able to buy it.
The extra date box is designed in such a way that it can be served in various ceremonies. This is very important especially in the ceremonies of mourning, lamentation and eulogy of the dead. Some additional date boxes are designed with black color and are suitable for such ceremonies.
2. Cardboard date carton Using a cardboard box to supply dates is the most common possible method for packing dates that are supposed to be consumed inside the country. The cardboard box imposes the lowest possible cost on the packaging unit and the buyer and does not have much effect on the final price of the product. However, many production units in the country have started to use a variety of date cardboard boxes with special and stylish designs, and now many of them can be seen in different stores across the country. This type of packaging, if it is not done with a very large volume, preserves the appearance quality of this product.
3. Date plastic box The plastic box does not have much history compared to the date cardboard box, however, it has been well received by buyers. In many cases, such boxes are not disposable and are used for other purposes after the packed dates are finished. Also, it is possible to collect them from the city level easily and they quickly return to the production cycle. A plastic box is a little more expensive than a cardboard box, but it cannot be said that this price difference is to the extent that it can damage the level of commercial competition of the plastic box. It should be noted that a simple plastic box is cheap and this feature does not apply to fancy boxes.

For this reason, the production units can have durable packaging for fresh dates or dry dates despite not having a large budget.
