According to the research conducted, Iranian diesel has a lot of water and suspended particles. Factors such as rusting of fuel tankers , improper and contaminated storage tanks, the atmospheric conditions of the region and....gasoil become severely polluted.
These pollutions cause injector needles, diesel pumps and fuel system components to corrode. This issue reduces the efficiency of 15 % in the short term and reducing the lifetime of parts and heavy costs of repairs and spare parts in the long term.
The operation of the diesel purifier and its benefits:
Pars Aron company's diesel purifier is designed in such a way that by using a powerful filtration system in the outlet of the storage tanks, it removes the particles and water in the diesel in three stages.
1) First The diesel coming out of the tanks enters the particle filter, which is able to separate particles up to 10 microns from the fuel. 2) After that, the fuel enters the coaleser filter (water separator). In the coaleser system, water is present in diesel. It is separated from it and collected at the bottom of the coalescer tank.
3) Finally, the diesel is completely purified by passing through a spiritor filter.
These devices are designed as fixed and mobile.
They use a fixed device with an electric pump and a mobile device using a diesel pump to pump diesel fuel.
How does water enter diesel?
Water is the most common pollutant in all types of fuels, especially diesel fuel.
Water is found in two forms: free (emulsion) and dissolved in fuel. The fuel from the tanks is replaced by moist air, and the water is dissolved in the fuel.
The moisture in the fuel appears as free water as the temperature decreases and the saturation level of the fuel decreases.
Autumn and spring with hot days and cold nights are the most dangerous time for water to enter the fuel.
In the heat, a large amount of moisture dissolves in the fuel and in the cold it becomes free water. The amount of water in the fuel of wet areas and marine industries is significant.
