The use of PLC switchboards was a growing trend in electrical circuits and switchboards, which can easily be seen in various industries today. The PLC switchboard is used to send various statuses to the dispatching centers and also to receive various information and commands. All the boards are somehow connected to this board and can announce their status to the control room.
How Plc Panel Works
These boards have different inputs and outputs to enable communication with other devices. Next to this board, another device is used as a communication between the electrical board and human, which is called HMI (Human Machine Interface). The HMI is connected to the PLC switchboard through inputs and helps it to control and monitor the machines. The PLC switchboard can transmit signals through the network to the HMI for better monitoring, or the HMI can send signals to the PLC switchboard to control the machines.
