Gas cooler refers to all devices that include a cooling cycle based on gas compression and expansion. Contrary to what most people think, the air conditioner does not produce cold, but like a refrigerator, it takes out the warm air inside the room so that the cold air remains and the room cools down.
The segmentation of the parts of the gas cooler
The internal part means the equipment that is installed inside the intended environment, and the external part means the components that are placed outside the environment and work together.

Condenser or distiller of air conditioner Condenser is a set of copper tubes and aluminum plates and it is considered as a type of heat exchanger as it receives the refrigerant gas (high pressure gas) from the compressor and from there, if this temperature is not taken from it in some way. The foundation serum will not have a good quality, the condenser absorbs its heat and turns it into a liquid, then transfers this heat to the outside.
Refrigerant gas or air conditioner cooling gas Refrigerant gas is located in the evaporator section and has the property to change from liquid to gas and from gas to liquid. This gas first turns from liquid to gas by receiving heat from the environment, then returns to liquid in the condenser section by returning heat. This rotation is done by the compressor. Most air conditioners and splits use freon gas.
capillary tube or air conditioner expansion The length and diameter of this pipe is different according to the power of the cooler and it is responsible for reducing the pressure of the cooling gas and carrying it to the beginning of the evaporator and providing the necessary conditions for its evaporation. The capillary tube is usually made of copper. This pipe is located between the outlet and the beginning of the evaporator.
Air conditioner air filter When the fan directs the warm air inside, this air first passes through the air filter and then through the evaporator. In fact, the air filter is located right before the evaporator. This section separates dust particles from the air and cleans and purifies the air. It actually works like an air purifier. The air filter of the air conditioner gets dirty over time and needs to be cleaned, and it must be replaced if it is damaged or torn.
Tray under the air conditioner In cases where the cooling gas enters the cooler more than the required amount or when the temperature of the thermostat does not match the ambient temperature, dew particles are formed on the evaporator tubes and during the rest time of the cooler (automatic time of the thermostat) due to the temperature increase of these particles. The dew melts. As a result, a tray under the cooler has been installed to drain the water resulting from the melting of these dews. Usually, the tray under the cooler is painted to prevent erosion and rust.
Air conditioner drain pipe To remove the excess water that has been transferred to the tray under the air conditioner due to the melting of the ice drops from the evaporator tubes, the drain tubes are activated. These pipes are connected to parts outside the room through which they can remove the water.
