3- Whiteners The third category of the most common types of detergents are bleaching solutions. In general, we divide the types of bleach into two categories: bleach containing chlorine and bleach containing oxygen. Chlorine bleaches are very strong and whiten surfaces effectively. If these types of bleaches are used to clean the fabric, it will gradually weaken the fabric fibers and eventually, its strength will decrease. Therefore, it is recommended to never use chlorine bleach to clean and bleach silk and woolen fabrics or delicate fabrics!
Oxygen bleaches are used for all surfaces; Also, for cleaning all types of fabrics, they have a milder chemical nature and do not damage the texture of the fabric.
4- optical brighteners Another type of detergent is light brighteners. Adding these detergents to the original solutions makes the surfaces whiter and brighter. These solutions absorb the ultraviolet light of the sun and emit blue lights like fluorescent lamps. Brighteners are present in some detergents; But you can separately add some of it to the regular detergent.
