Marking
After the glue dries, according to the standard dimensions of the sports field, for example, for futsal sports (40 meters long and 20 meters wide), relative to the point The center of the ground is marked by the colored ropes of the boundary lines so that each color of the flooring can be installed exactly in a special place.
Flooring installation
The flooring rolls that were glued in the previous steps, after making sure that they are dry, the rolls are opened and placed on the previously glued hall surface. were installed. From the second row, the rolls are stuck to the edge of the previous roll with pressure, so that there is a relative pressure on each other, which causes no gaps between the flooring after the reduction of the volume of the polymer due to the volatility of liquids such as solvents. After the installation phase is finished, the roller is moved on the surface of the hall to ensure that all surfaces are glued.
Thermal sewing
After finishing the installation stage, a small gap is created at the point where the floorings are connected to each other, and to fix these gaps, the thermal sewing stage of the flooring rolls is done. so that the hall is completely leveled and when washing the hall, water does not penetrate under the floor and does not cause the floor to rise. The gap is grooved until the stage of thermal sewing takes place inside the gaps so that the surface of the hall does not have a tower.
