Wet and dry batching plants
Batching plants are divided into two parts, wet and dry, from the point of view of concrete production. In wet batching plants, all the materials that make up concrete, including water, cement, sand, sand and, if necessary, additives, after they are weighed, are transferred into the mixer in certain proportions and completely mixed inside. They are mixed and then discharged on the truck mixer. In the dry batching plant, the materials (sand, cement and water) after being weighed, are poured directly into the truck mixer (concrete truck), without being mixed in the batching plant mixer. The process of mixing is done inside the truck mixer, and the materials inside the truck mixer must be rotated and mixed up to 100 times before reaching the destination, and the distance covered is approximately 60 minutes.
Fixed and mobile batching plant
Batchings are divided into two parts, fixed and mobile, in terms of transportation. Fixed batching plants are usually installed at a fixed point, and fixed batching plants always occupy a large area. Meanwhile, mobile batching plants are a smaller example of fixed batching plants that can be moved. The mobile type includes all the required equipment, mounted on a mobile system that can be connected to a tractor to be transferred to the desired locations.
