Foman cookie is one of Iran's traditional cookies, which has been produced in Foman city for a long time and is known by the name of its origin, Foman. This delicious souvenir is the product of the work of the women of this region, which was cooked at home in the past. This product has always been cooked traditionally in brick ovens since many years ago, and with the passage of time, the centers of supply and supply of the product have increased and the type of cooking has changed. Foman cookies are a type of cookie with nuts, which consists of two layers. The inner layer is completely different from the outer layer and contains walnut kernels, cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and (animal) oil. It is engraved on it with a seal-like device.

Because the available packages contain ten cookies and a tourist does not buy this amount and prefers to eat this cookie as a special product of this region in its purest state, i.e. hot and after baking. Of course, there are also people who are attracted by seeing the touristic places and history written on the package and decide to buy a package of 10 products.
