Perhaps it is possible to consider Bagh Shazdeh as one of the most important places to visit in Kerman, so that if you have a one-day business trip to Kerman, It is better to set aside a few hours of your time to visit this wonderful garden. It is really a pity to travel to Kerman and not see Shazdeh Garden.
The history of Shazdeh Mahan Garden, which is one of the famous places in Kerman, dates back to the Qajar period. A rectangular garden with an area of more than 3 hectares, which welcomes you from the very beginning with its magnificent and unique front and shows off its difference compared to other Iranian gardens. Tall and green trees, ponds, fountains and stone streams that flow throughout the garden will give you a sense of life and freshness, and the pleasant mountain air of this region is not unaffected by this beautiful feeling.
2- Fathabad Garden
Fathabad Garden, which is also known as Bigler Begi Garden, is one of the most beautiful gardens in Iran and one of the must-see places in Kerman. Although this garden was abandoned for many years and unfortunately some of its trees dried up because of this, but it has been revived as beautifully as possible and returned to its glory days.
3- Herandi Garden
Herandi Garden in Kerman, which is also known as the Herandi Museum, has an interesting history; This garden was built for the first time around the year 1290 by "Mohammed Reza Khan Adl Sultan", who was one of the famous soldiers of Kerman in his time, as a recreational garden outside the city, which several years later was given to one of the famous merchants of Kerman named Abolghasem Harandi was sold.
About 40 years later, this garden was donated to the Ministry of Culture and Art, and it was no longer a private property. Over time, this green and clean garden has turned into various museums and for some time it was also used as the organization of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism of Kerman. And its ground floor is dedicated to the museum of traditional instruments and the first floor of this garden is dedicated to the archeology museum.
