Suitable for all types of Pride cars made in Iran, the use of steel raw materials and suitable for better production of metal parts, for higher resistance and durability and to withstand the heavy weight of the car battery, a metal part is used instead of a polymer part.

How to solve the car's battery problem in the fastest time?

Tray under the battery which is present in almost all new and old cars. In some old cars, the tray under the battery was a part of the car body where the battery was placed and the battery was secured in place by the battery clamp. But today, for easy access to the parts under the battery, the tray under the battery is used. This part, which is produced in both metal and plastic form, is present in all cars and is attached to the car body with a screw. The tray under the battery, in addition to fixing the car battery in place and preventing the strong shocks of the car battery, prevents corrosion of the car body due to the possible leakage of battery acid.

Most batteries consist of lead plates that are immersed in acid. Although this combination is very suitable for storing electricity, it can cause damage to metals. Lead acid batteries produce hydrogen gas during charging and discharging. Hydrogen combines with air and creates an environment that is unsuitable for metals and increases corrosion. The presence of moisture and salt can make this process faster. In addition, the presence of leakage in the battery can aggravate this problem because battery acid is highly corrosive. Finally, this corrosion will affect the surrounding metals, especially under the battery. In older cars, the rate of corrosion increases. If this corrosion is not stopped soon, it may open a way from the battery tray to the radiator or even the chassis itself.

Symptoms of Corrosion

Symptoms of corrosion are paint removal, formation of white powder, scaling and rusting. The first signs of battery leakage are identified in its terminals. Most people have encountered corrosion on the battery terminals, which is similar to structural corrosion but shows its effects earlier. As a side note, it should be mentioned that a battery that is undercharged will corrode at the negative pole and an overcharged battery will corrode at the positive pole.

Once the damage is done, you have only one option, replacement. If you notice this damage early, the damage may be limited to the battery tray only. . The trays that have a powder coating are more durable than the models that have a normal color.

Installing the battery tray is almost simple in most cases. But this is not the case in some cars and it is a little difficult to access the battery. Therefore, in such cases, it is better to get help from a mechanic.
