Types of refrigeration equipment
The refrigeration compressor together with its electric motor provides the driving force necessary to set the refrigeration cycle in motion. This equipment is the most important member in the refrigeration cycle and one of the most expensive equipments in the cycle. At present, Bitzer piston compressor and Danfoss Minirop compressor are the most used compressors in Iran. dwm Copeland, Scroll Copeland and Scroll Danfoss compressors are other widely used compressors. The compressor needs a number of accessories for its operation. Compressor heater and Danfoss compressor rotolock valve are among these accessories.
Evaporator and condenser
Evaporator and condenser are equipments in which heat exchange has happened and the refrigeration cycle can take the heat inside a cold room or the heat of chiller water and transfer it to the outside environment. These devices have air and water types and one of their main characteristics is the use of coils in their construction. Arche evaporator and condenser, Artek evaporator and condenser, and work exchange evaporator and condenser are examples of heat exchangers available in the market.
Valves
Expansion valve, electronic expansion valve, manual valve, electric valve, check valve, receiver valve, bobbin, valve valve and safety valve are the valves that are used in the refrigeration cycle. Danfoss faucets, Castell faucets and Alco faucets are the most famous faucet collections.
Control supplies
Refrigeration system control and measurement devices were completely mechanical or electromechanical in previous generations, but now digital control equipment is responsible for more accurate and optimal control of the cooling system. Electromechanical thermostat, site glass, filter drier, dryer, shell dryer, thermometer and temperature transmitter, pressure gauge, oil separator, suction filter and vibrator are non-digital control equipment. Danfoss pressure switch, Danfoss electronic thermostat and Danfoss oil pressure switch are the most commonly used digital equipment.
