The use of polymer materials in the production of nylons and also in the manufacture of disposable containers and bottles has been widely expanded. In this article, we examine the types of nylons that are used for different purposes, along with their widely used grades, and we also mention the polymer materials that are used in the manufacture of disposable containers and bottles.
Before any point, it seems necessary to mention that the concept of nylon is different in the world industry and the domestic markets of Iran. Nylon or film in Iran refers to nylons (films) based on polyethylene. Nylons or films have many different applications according to their properties. Among its uses, we can mention 1- types of agricultural nylons (such as greenhouse nylon, nylon mulch, etc.), 2- construction nylons, 3- stretch nylon, 4- shrink nylon. On the other hand, Nylon in the world refers to polymers with a polyamide (PA) structure, which have their own applications according to their properties, which in this case are different from the concept of film or nylon that we said.
Keep this point in mind, Nylex is a film or nylon based on heavy polyethylene, which, due to its properties, is used in making all kinds of bags, such as freezer bags, disposable gloves, fruit and food bags, etc. . In the following, firstly, the important applications of nylons, including in agricultural nylons (such as greenhouse nylon, nylon mulch, silage nylon, disinfectant nylon, etc.), in stretch films (such as pallet band stretch, food stretch, silage stretch (silage), etc.) ), in shrink films, in industrial and construction nylons, and at the end of this section, we introduce the widely used grades of polymer materials that are used in the manufacture of nylons. Then we point out the use of polymer materials in disposable containers and bottles along with the widely used grades of polymer materials in their construction.
