Usually, in more advanced slaughterhouses, in order to keep the chickens cool, air chillers are used; But normal slaughterhouses put the chicken in ice water for this purpose. This normal floating of chicken in ice water will lead to water penetration in the chicken tissue.
Water penetration, while increasing the weight of the chicken, will also reduce the quality of chicken meat. As a high-quality white meat, super chicken usually weighs between at least 1,300 grams and at most 2,500 grams. The regulatory body also raises and produces chicken with more sensitivity and precision; Therefore, we can use green chicken with more confidence.

For a chicken to be antibiotic-free, it means that it has not been given antibiotics either through food, water or injection. Chickens that have not taken any antibiotics; They will be allowed to sell as green chicken. Only then will they be given the green chicken badge.
