Izogam is the commercial name of a type of ready-made insulation against damp and moisture to cover the roof, swimming pool and the like. Isogam is a coating for insulation, which is used to prevent penetration and penetration of water, and is obtained from petroleum products.
Isogam applications
Isogam is a resistant coating of bitumen and synthetic fibers that is glued to the roof bed with heat and prevents water and moisture from penetrating into the environment below it. The average lifespan of Izogam is 10 years. Isogam is an industrial phenomenon that relies on knowledge, experience and technology in order to secure structures against damp and moisture caused by snow and rain. Izogam, which has different types, will increase its stability coefficient after passing various tests in the laboratories of processing factories.

Isogam production process by the isogam production line
Depending on the type of product (single layer or double layer), tissue and polyester enter the bitumen pan. Then it is coated with primer or blown bitumen. Also, the thickness of the layer is adjusted by the outlet duct installed on the top of the bitumen pan. Then the aluminum sheet is stuck to the layer impregnated with the material and enters the water tank. The layer cools down after passing through the water pool and passing between the rollers.
In the next step, the layer stack plastic is added to it and the isogam layer enters the storage elevator. The elevator causes the temporary storage of the isogam layer in the machine, and prevents production stoppage. Also, the drying fans perform the drying operation of isogam. At the end, the isogam enters the roller and rolls around a cone-shaped rod for a length of 10 meters. After being rolled, the layer is cut and thrown out by the launcher.
Whatever you need to know about isogam
Also, Isogam is made up of different layers that make it highly resistant to rain, snow and humidity, which include: polyethylene film or mineral powder or aluminum foil. (aluminum foil), tissue, polyester and special additives for polyethylene film.
The existing isogams are made in single or double layer depending on the type of product, and the tissue and polyester enter the bitumen pan, and then it is coated with primer or blown bitumen, which is adjusted in the final step and the output of the isogam thickness. And then the aluminum sheet is stuck to the layer impregnated with the material and enters the water tank and is cooled, and in the next step, plastic is added to the layer behind it and isogam in The last stage enters the storage elevator. Also, at the end of the work, the drying fans perform the drying of the isogam so that it can be rolled and made into a cone shape.
