What is a Mixer Track?
Mixer Truck A conventional concrete truck, otherwise known as an in-transit mixer, can be loaded with dry materials and water, by in-transit mixing or premixed concrete. Can be loaded into mixing drum. While the truck is moving, the drum rotates to keep the concrete agitated and thus in a paste state until it is ready to be delivered to the appropriate location.
There is a multipurpose blade inside the drum. The blade runs along the inner length of the drum in a spiral fashion. As it rotates against the base of the drum, the blade agitates and mixes the concrete. When the rotation of the drum is reversed in the other direction, towards the opening of the drum, the helix acts as an Armidi screw.
Mixer's main components
Concrete truck mixers are mainly composed of chassis and top loading. This machine can be easily divided into the following 10 parts:

✔️ Chassis system: the transportation function of the whole car is realized by the chassis. and torque) is converted, which provides the rotation power of the truck mixer. ✔️ Concrete mixing tank (drum): The mixer drum is the key component of the truck mixer and a tank for storing concrete. The drum plays a decisive role in preventing concrete from freezing and separating. The inner part of the tank has blades that mainly play the role of stirring and guiding the materials. ✔️ Discharge system: This system is mainly composed of the main discharge cavity, auxiliary discharge cavity, lock rod and others. The auxiliary discharge cavity can extend the length of the main discharge cavity.
✔️ Braking system: The braking system is mainly composed of pressurized water tank, water gun, water pipe, valve and others. The main function of air pressure water supply is to wash the hopper after loading and unloading, wash the mixer drum and the discharge hole after unloading, and prevent concrete sticking. The load during operation is almost borne by it and then transferred to the chassis. The subframe also reduces impact and impact load. The whole sub frame is composed of main beam, front support frame and back frame. Manipulation system: Manipulation system includes controller, connecting shaft, flexible shaft and connecting rod mechanism, which mainly controls the speed and direction of the mixer drum.
✔️Bracket system: the rear part of the mixing tank is connected with the sub-frame, which mainly supports the drum body.
✔️Feeding system: mainly from the feeding funnel and The bracket is formed. Due to the impact wear of the feeding hopper, the material must have good wear resistance. The bracket mainly reduces the impact force.
✔️ Electrical system: This system refers to the whole mixer electrical system, including the rear light, side marker light, gallery lamp, cooling fan and motor.
Importance
Time
Saving time means that any construction project can receive the desired concrete in the designated time. This is done by the truck mixer, and this big machine brings the concreting process of projects to their destination by carrying and mixing concrete.
Capacity
The truck mixer transports concrete from 0.5 cubic meters to 8 cubic meters. This means the machine can supply concrete in large volumes for large-scale projects. Mixer vehicles will leave for the project site at the appointed time to perform concreting based on the required size.
Cost
When the concrete mixing truck is loaded, the ready-mixed concrete will be economical. This will save labor costs and other manual production costs of the project. Transporting concrete with a truck mixer can save hours of work. With well-equipped mixers, you will never have the wrong grade of concrete or accidentally mix the wrong ingredients yourself.
