Abstract of Comparative Study of Commercial Customs in Iran and the International Convention
custom means identification, but in the science of law, it is stated in its definition: It is rules that are gradually and spontaneous among all people or a group of them as binding rules. The laws governing the commercial contracts of Iran's commercial law show that many of the customs are rooted and the legislator has often relying on this basis. Also in the laws of the International Convention, special attention has been paid to commercial custom in the field of law enforcement, and the legislator has in most cases based on legal custom. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of commercial customs on Iranian law and the International Convention on the Implementation of Laws. The results show that it has a special place in Iranian commercial law and international law and the legislator has in many cases relying on custom
